   Vincenzo Ferraro (1975) has token a degree at Università degli Studi di Pisa in the Law Faculty in 1998/1999, discussing a thesis, in Public Law (Le conseguenze della riforma regolamentare del 1997 sulla sessione di bilancio), by the evaluation of 110/110 cum laude;    Vincenzo Ferraro has also got a degree (in 1999/2000) at Scuola Superiore di Studi Universitari e di Perfezionamento S.Anna (University on the Ecole Normale Superieur de Paris' model), in Pisa, in the Social Sciences's Class (in the Sector of Law) - the thesis was on La fase ascendente nell’adozione degli atti normativi comunitari.

   At the Italian Parliament (at the Camera dei Deputati's Servizio Studi), during some courses organized by Scuola Superiore di Studi Universitari e di Perfezionamento S.Anna and Università degli Studi di Pisa, he has developed: in 1998/1999, a stage concerning the exam of the normative of the Italian Parliament's current legislature's activity, for the agriculture's sector; a similar stage (in 1999/2000), regarding the relationships between the Italian Parliament and some Independent Authorities.

   In 2000 (after a national selection between the candidates with the highest evaluation in the degree's thesis' discussion), he has attended at Seminario di Studi Parlamentari S.Tosi, course of excellence, in the Public Law's studies, and instituted by the Italian Parliament - Camera dei Deputati and Senato delle Repubblica -, the Italian Government - Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri - and the Università degli Studi di Firenze.

   On June 2000, he has won a Phd study grant in Diritto Pubblico – Diritto Urbanistico e dell’Ambiente (XV° Cicle), at Università degli Studi di Firenze, in which he has obtained the Dottore di Ricerca 's title, discussing a thesis about the controls on the public administration's activity (L’introduzione del controllo di funzionalità sull’attività amministrativa nell’ordinamento italiano).

   Since 2000, Vincenzo Ferraro is a member of the Commissions for the exam of Administrative Law at the Political Sciences Faculty (in the Università degli Studi di Firenze).

   Among the many activities of research, it is possible to remember: the participation at a Commission, instituted by Regione Toscana (in 2002), to prepare an agreement (ex art. 116, Italian Constitution) between the Italian State and the Regione Toscana, in the cultural goods' matter; the participation, as researcher, in the Università degli Studi di Firenze's research unity (financed by the Italian Ministry for University and Research) on the public-private partnerships (2006/2007); the study's activity, as researcher, at Iisa (Istituto Italiano di Scienze Amministrative, Italian section of Iias, International Institute of Administrative Sciences) since October 2008 to September 2010. Vincenzo Ferraro has been appointed as one of the researcher of the study's group instituted by the European Parliament and concerning the assistance of the same Parliament, for the administrative law's area.

   Since 2008 to 2014, Vincenzo Ferraro has been Professor by contract at the Seminario di Studi Parlamentari S.Tosi (now, Centro di Studi Parlamentari S.Tosi); he has been, moreover, Professor by contract in the Law Faculty, at the Università degli Studi di Siena: on 2006/2007 and 2007/2008, for a course, Le riforme amministrative; on 2008/2009 for a course, "Diritto dei servizi pubblici"; he has been then Professor in some Masters (or post lauream courses).

   Vincenzo Ferraro has developed research and teaching activity in France (Paris, 2010), Greece (Athens, 2008, 2009, 2013 and 2015), Serbia (Belgrade, 2012), in Spain (Madrid, 2016) and in the United Kingdom (Southampton, 1997, and London, 2010)

   The current scientific interests have considered - for one hand - the relationships between the supranational law and the internal one (specifically, in the consular and diplomatic administration's area) and - for the other hand - the public administration's contractual activity and the European banking union.
